INDIVIDUALISED GROUP TRAINING

We call this individualised because we mean it. This is our own self created approach. Most stereotypical group training means everyone doing the same thing, like a "small class". However we know that this isn't personal training, because its not personal. So we do it differently, and you get a fully individual approach to you, although its in a group.

Same Benefit, Shared Cost

There is nothing better then 1-1 PT, but we understand there can be feasibility barriers BUT you still may need coaching. Due to our method being individualised, you still get the beauty of coaching but at a lower cost. This program also has an option of unlimited sessions, or 2 sessions a week, so you can train an amount that you'd like.

Personalized Approach

We've created our own delivery method for this program. Every session, each person has an individual training session made for them that day. This is based on their level, and needs. So even though you are in a group, everyone is doing their own session tailored to them. So it doesn't matter what level you are at, you are doing what YOU need. To keep this standard high, we only take a handful of new clients at a time to enable them to settle in.

Time Flexibility

Due to their being over 20+ slots to choose from, and you being able to pick what slots suit - it gives plenty of flexibility so you never have to miss out. Usually when people can make an appointment for whatever reason, they can miss out that week - but not here. Cant come at 6.30am, come at 5pm!
